🎞 Happy for the Moment, how the #ampersand turned out so far. Let’s see, what comes next. Maybe I can turn it into a poster or a T-Shirt Design. 🤓🤔👩‍💻

Every now and then, I am sitting down and sketching an #ampersand. I am never satisfied after finishing the proccess. And to be honest, I rarely found one from other designers which I really admire. There might be three maybe four. Because they mostly look all cute, when small, black and onedimensional. Then you try to incorporate them into a design, give them some depth, and whoopsy! they are not so cute anymore. I do think that many people can resonate with my thoughts. Let’s see how my version turns out this time ... to be continued.

#ruedelanote was a tiny little gift for my clients. A Dotgrid-Pocket-Notepad for simple sketches and Notes on the Go. Inspired by french #streetsigns, which I love when strolling through the #streetsofparis. Only these 3 Samples left. Maybe I should think of a new Series of some custom gifts for fall. It was a fun project. And we all need a bit of Fun in our daily routine. ... (See the previous post with the video of the printing process.)

Behind the print. It’s a long way from the idea to the finished product. #designthinking is more important than ever. #conciousliving includes looking behind the process. A recycled paper and certified colour won’t do the trick anymore. We as designers have the responsibility today to look a bit closer. #thereisnoplanetB

Some projects are simply more fun than others. This one was pure fun. And honestly, we take ourselves too seriously most of the time. 😉😗 Inspired by the street signs of Paris, where you could easily take books full of #Notes on every corner, as the City of Love is the Epitome of Inspiration. So I renamed a Street Sign into ‚Rue de la Note‘ 📝 ‚Street of Notes‘ and choose a tiny dot-grid for the pages. The Notebook-Cover was screenprinted by hand, because how could one not think of handcrafts and details, when leaving #Paris? ❤️ 🇫🇷

My new Instagram-Businesscard Edition turned out just like I prefer it. #simplicity, carefully chosen paper and water based swiss paint with a hint of #pinkongray. #handprinted with love and care, and finally handcut. 💕🙌 Now all my themed digital picture-stories found a place together in #print. #thatsme How do you prefer your cards?

It’s what I fell for. It’s #veggielove 💚🌱 Growing your own Food in the middle of the city is possible, and much more easier than one would think. You just have to believe in the wonders of nature, and spend some time in the dirt. 🙏You will get rewarded with the most delicious #veggies, and a good portion of health. 💡 😎 Cool side effect: Best therapy for a stressful job or other things in life that make you feel exhausted. #urbangardening was my best idea to #staygrounded.
